Jyoti-160 is a fast-drying, synthetic resin-based, Class B Insulting Varnish( Temp. Index 130°C ). The product provides good insulation and longer life to windings.

APPLICATION METHOD
Jyoti-160 can be applied either by brushing or pouring, dipping and impregnation. It should be ensured that wire winding is free from moisture and impurities before application.
USES
Jyoti-160 finds application in insulation for medium and low voltage stator, wet grinders, winding of motors, fans, field coils, transformers and chokes. It is widely used for water pump motors because of its good water / moisture resistance. Its quick drying property makes it useful as finishing varnish for the rewinders to repair the stators and transformers. Suitable for transformer tanks, radiators, water pumps, etc.
