Characteristics & Properties:

Remove all loose dirt, dust, grease, wax & rust particles from surface to be coated. Pre clean using #901 Easyclean (NF) for beast results, applies at temperatures between 60˚ to 80 ˚F (16˚ & 27˚C). Apply 3-4 light coats instead of one heavy coat. Shake can vigorously for one minutes. Hold can12 to 14 inched from surface. The darkness of the color indicates the thickness of the coating. To prevent clogging, turn can upside down & spray for approximately three seconds to clear varnish in valve.

Uses:

Improves “IR Values” of both new & old / rewound electric motor.

Use Aeroe’s Crown Insulating Varnish to protect electrical leads, coat frayed insulation & to restore dielectric properties lost from friction wear. Additional uses are to insulate & seal out moisture from armature windings, high voltage circuits, communicator ends & coils. Highly recommended for coating electrical windings that are exposed to moisture / voltage & amperage fluctuations repeatedly.
