DISTINACTIVE PROPERITIES & SUGGESTED USES : JYOTI B 165 (B-CLASS BAKING VARNISH)
Jyoti-B-65 is an alkyd / phenolic resin based baking impregnating varnish having Thermal class-B (Thermal 130°C)
It is suitable for the impregnation of electrical coil & windings of Motor & transformers. Coils and armature windings impregnated with JYOTI-B-65 and baked correctly are sufficiently rigid to withstand high rotational speed without throwing of distorting such electrical hand tools.
JYOTI-B-65 is also used for high-voltage machines and devices which are exposed to humidity and tropical conditions.
The cured varnish film gives high buils, extra high bonding strength performance, greater flexibility, toughness, rigid properties and is resistance to chemicals, mild acids, alkalies & hot transformer oils.
JYOTI-B-65 can be used in explosion proof electrical equipments.
USES
JYOTI-B-65 is recommended for impregnation of high speed rotor in electrical hand tools, kitchen motors, vacuum cleaners, locomotive motors and other machines exposed to frequent high loads, it is extrevenely satisfactory when used for heavy duty equipment which is subject to mechanical vibrations at centrifugal stresses.
