Alkyd-Phenolic Resin Based Fast Air Drying Varnish
JYOTI-555-FD is an Air-drying insulating varnish based on Alkyd, Phenolic and Hard Resins and useful class B (130°C), It is versatile, economical, fast drying, excellent glossy. Golden air-drying Insulating Varnish, Low viscous, having good bonding strength and electrical properties.
The cured Varnish fills is characterized by hard and tough film, Moisture and chemical resistance to dilute, alkalies and transformer oils.
APPLICATION METHOD : JYOTI 555 FD (CLEAR & GOLDEN)
JYOTI-555-FD can be applied by spraying, brushing & dipping methods. The varnish filled tank is covered tightly to prevent losses of solvents, so the given viscosity will be maintained.
JYOTI-555-THINNEI is used to thin down to get optimum viscosity for required application.
USES
JYOTI-555-FD is used in quick repair work of fans, electric motors, transformers, filled coils, armatures, monoblock pumps and generally all other rewinding works. It is fast drying varnish to enable more production work, to save period of time and most economical with compare to all other varnishes.
