JYOTI-222-FD WATER WHITE FAST DRYING VARNISH
⇒ JYOTI-222-FD is an Air-drying Insulating varnish based on phenolic resin. It is fast air drying and useful for Thermal Class B (130o C). It is used as finishing varnish and impregnating varnish to protect Electrical machines and appliances against moisture and chemicals.
⇒ The elastic varnish film is characterized by very good mechanical properties such as hardness, flexibility, penetration, Adhesion and Bonding strength. The cured film is resistance to moisture, dilute acids, alkalis, chemicals like benzene & toluene oils and tropical Climate from OoC to 55oC. It has good dielectric behavior and dielectric strength.
USES:-
JYOTI-222-FD is used as a finishing, impregnating & coating varnish for stares, Transformer, electric motors, transformer oil tanks, synthetic resins, stamping stacks Bonded Phenolic laminates circuit boards. JYOTI-222-FDis used to protect against chemicals & moisture to above electrical appliances, Uses in Idol Murti, wood coating,SS Coating. MS coating & many more uses.

Note:- The cured Varnish film properties are achieved after 24 hours only.
CURING SCHEDULE:-
8 to 10 hours at room temp (25°C-35°C) or 1-2 hours at room temperature followed by 4 to 6 hours at 80-100°C

Specimen curing:- 48 hours at room temperature for each coat.
