JYOTI 15022 is a solventless epoxy resin which in combination with JYOTI Hardener EH 1411 cures into hard mass. JYOTI Hardener EH 1411 is a medium viscosity polyamide.

APPLICATION METHOD
Surface Preparation
All surfaces must be sound, clean, dry, free from oil, grease, cement laitance and all loosely adhering particles.
Product application
100 parts by weight of JYOTI 15022 and 55 parts by weight of Hardener 1411 are mixed well at room temperature (25- 350C) and used within 1 hour, depending upon the temperature and quantity of mixture. The resin + Hardener mixture is then applied by brush/trowel for desired application.
Cleaning of Tools
Tools and equipment contaminated with coating can be cleaned with Thinner 1221 or suitable solvent. Cleaning should be done before it starts to gel or harden.
