Modified polyester “F” Class 155 c baking Impregnating Varnish
APPLICATION METHOD : JYOTI 131 (F-CLASSS BAKING VARNISH)
JYOTI-131-FD is applied by Dipping, Pouring, Rolling, Flooding & Vacuum Methods. It should be baked as per recommended cycle temperatures. JY0T1-131-FD is an Electric Insulting heat curing impregnating varnish based on modified polyester resin.
The elastic varnish film is characterized by very good mechanical properties such as hardness, flexibility, penetration, Adhesion and Bonding strength. The cured film is resistance to moisture, dilute acids, alkalis, chemicals like benzene & toluene oils and tropical Climate from 0°C to 55°C. It has good dielectric behavior and dielectric strength.
AREAS OF APPLICATION
JYOTI-131-FD used for manufacturing and repairing for Thermal Class ‘F’ 155 objects & appliances. It is used in Armatures, Generators, Transformers and standard Motors.
ROPERTIES OF CURED MATERIAL
The cured material gives very good film formation and resistance to chemicals, good heart resistance. JYOTI-131-FD contains mild solvents & odurless smell leading to better work environment & pollution free atmosphere even in Residential area & Industries.
