A Phenolic Resin Based, Fast Air Drying Varnish
JYOTI-111-FD is an Air-drying insulating varnish based on phenolic resin. It is fast air drying and useful for Thermal Class B (1300C). It is used as finishing varnish and impregnating varnish to protect Electrical Machines and appliances against moisture and chemicals.
The elastic varnish film is characterized by very good mechanical properties such as hardness, flexibility, penetration, Adhesion and Bonding strength. The cured film is resistance to moisture, dilute acids, alkalis, chemicals like benzene & toluene oils and tropical Climate from 0°C to 55°C. It has good dielectric behaviour and dielectric strength.
APPLICATION METHOD : JYOTI 111 FD (“B-CLASS” INSULATION)
JYOTI-111-FD can be applied by spraying, brushing & dipping methods. Curing occurs at room temperature but can be made faster by heat. The supplied is used in application methods and second coat is done after 60 minutes, if desired.
The varnish filled tank is covered tightly to prevent loses of solvents viscosity can be well maintained. Otherwise THINNER-111 is used to adjust optimum viscosity.
USES
JY0T1-111-FD is used as a finishing, impregnating & coating varnish for stator, Transformer, Electric Motor, Transformer Oil Tank, Synthetic Resisn, Stamping Stacks Bonded Phenolic Laminates, Circuit Boards. JY0T1-111-FD is used to protect against chemicals & moisture to above electrical appliances.
