The Company was founded by its Technocrats having an experience of five decades in the manufacturing Insulating Varnishes, Epoxy Resins & Hardeners, All types of Thinners, Wood Coating Materials, PU Resin & Hardener, All types of Synthetic Resins & many more Special Products.
Our Chairman Mr. Bharatbhai M. Zala, started with a small factory in 1982. In 2001, we became a Private Company with an installed capacity of just 50 tons per year & now we have achieved a Capacity of 3,000 tons per annum. The Credit of the company’s rapid progress is largely attributed to our valued customers for patronizing the products of the company & also to our dedicated & diligent Employees.
Currently, we are one of the leading Manufacturers of Insulating Varnishes in India. We also Export to the Middle East, Africa, Asian, and South East Asia. We are known for our consistent quality & uninterrupted supply. We can vouch for the performance of our Materials. We have the manufacturing capacity to give a full container load with one single batch.

This assurance begins with the purchase of the material, its analytical testing & approval before processing, stringent control of processing parameters, intermediate quality monitoring & approval of the finished products before dispatch. The norms of the Quality Assurance Department are being strictly followed, without any compromise & deviation from the Industry standards. We have laid down stringent specifications & procedures for the purchase of raw materials, processing parameters & specification of the finished goods testing in detail.
We have facilities to develop & standardize Insulating varnishes and resins to suit customer’s requirements & specifications. Our R&D Centre is recognized by the Government of India. Our visionary Chairman Mr. Bharatbhai Zala, is a qualified Chemical Engineer from UDCT Bombay University & has a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Germany, Our Director, Mr. Vipul Zala is also a Chemical Engineer from Ld Engineering College of Engineering Ahmedabad.
