JYOTI Shuttle Varnish in Air-drying Shuttle varnish based on Alkyd, Phenolic and Hard Resins. It is versatile, economical, fast draying, excellent glossy. Golden air-drying Insulating Varnish, Low viscous, having good bonding strength and electrical properties.
The cured Varnish fills is characterized by hard and tough film, Moisture and chemical resistance to dilute, alkalis and transformer oils.
APPLICATION METHOD :-
JYOTI Shuttle Varnish can be applied by spraying, brushing and dipping methods. The varnish filled tank is covered tightly to prevent losses of solvents, so the given viscosity will be maintained.
JYOTI Shuttle Thinner is used to thin down to get optimum viscosity for required application.
USES :
JYOTI Shuttle Varnish is used in Shuttle. It is fast drying varnish to enable more production wok, to save period of time and most economical with compare to all other varnishes.
