METHOD OF APPLICATION:
⇒ It can be applied by Normal method of Coating or Impregnation such as Dipping.
⇒ It can be cured in Air circulated Oven or Conveyorised Baking Ovens.
CHARACTERISTICS OF FILM:
1. The cured film has Excellent Flexibility & Retention of flexibility on aging.
2. Quick Drying & Curing.
3. Good Resistance to Impregnation Compounds & Solvents.
USES:
Jyoti 255 Cable Baking Varnish is used for the production of Varnished Fiber Glass TAPS, CLOTH, SLEEVING, FIBERGLASS COVERED CABLE, having Temp Index 155c. It has low viscosity & excellent wetting to glass fiber for this application.
Storage life: 6 Months when stored in Original sealed containers.
Suggested Curing Schedule: For Fiber Glass Cable Application (In Air Circulated Baking Continues Plant) 15 mins for 270C to 280 C. Initial & final Coats. In manual process take temperature 145°C to 150°C for 30 minutes.
Di-Electric Strength: Brake down Voltage of Sleeve (with wall thickness 0.6mm of 6mm Dia.FG.Sleeve. 5.0 kv /min straight sleeve 3.5 kv/min after bending)
Packing: 20 Kg, 200 Kg, MS Drum
